Gas, bloating and constipation can happen, but it is so annoying! What is inside me that is causing it? How many times have we asked ourselves that question? If you are asking yourself that question more than once a week, then you need to investigate some probable causes. There are many reasons someone may deal regularly with gas, bloating and constipation. One reason that could be from a condition known as Leaky Gut which can lead to our digestive system not liking anything we eat, even healthy food! This condition occurs because the intestinal lining has become porous which allows toxins and food particles to enter into the blood stream. Leaky Gut is an underlying problem that prevents nutrients from being properly digested by the body.
Another reason for experiencing gas, bloating and constipation could be from a bacterial imbalance in the gastrointestinal tract. If the GI tract has too much bad bacteria and not enough good bacteria it can cause annoying GI symptoms. It is crucial to have enough good bacteria in your gut to fight the harmful bacteria which leads to more annoying gut symptoms. Lastly, there could be a parasite. This is not a subject anyone likes to discuss, but the nicest people and the cleanest people could pick up a parasite, it happens!
Even if one of these examples are the unknown cause of your gas, bloating, and constipation, how can you find out for sure? You can find out what is causing you to suffer regularly from gas, bloating, and constipation by taking a very easy stool test in the comfort of your home!
