Here are a few gut health rituals to help you reap the benefits of having better gut health.

Hot Lemon Water

I like to drink hot water with a half fresh squeezed lemon every day. Some people like to drink a cup of hot water with apple cider vinegar instead but for equal benefits, just make sure that it is raw with “mother.” Both of them help stimulate stomach acids and reduces indigestion symptoms such as bloating and heartburn.


Speaking of drinking, make sure to incorporate 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Drinking water helps to keep you regular so that you are not “backed-up” with what needs to come out and it also helps flush out toxins.
