Dry brushing has been a practice long recommended for its vast results, both cosmetic and overall health and wellness!
Dry Brushing Benefits:
Stimulates Lymphatic System
Better Kidney Function
First, let’s define detox in the holistic sense. DETOX is a process that RESTORES the functioning of the body as well renewed and improved VITALITY. This process lasts for months, and sometimes even longer.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED: It’s quite simple – a high-quality brush with natural bristles and a handle that is long to help you reach those hard to get to places.
HOW TO DRY BRUSH
Try this detox technique up to 2x a day
Brush towards your heart (this is what impacts circulation and your lymphatic system)
Work from toe to head – start from the bottom and work your way up! (except for your face unless you have a softer brush specifically designed for your face. Also avoid personal areas, any area with an abrasion or wound, and varicose veins)
Firmly brush, but not too hard. Skin should be pink, and you should feel invigorated
It is recommended to brush between 2 and 20 minutes, but you can dry brush for any amount of time that fits your schedule
DO YOU HAVE TOXINS?
Toxic overload can be picked up in a non invasive, easy to do Organic acids urine test. Organic acids often are a signal that there is a metabolic inhibition or block preventing health benefits. The block may be due to a nutrient deficiency, an inherited enzyme deficit, toxic build up or drug effect. With our Organic Acids and Nutritional testing, you will submit a urine sample, and the report will cover 12 DIFFERENT areas that are significant as it relates to nutrition and toxins.
The organic acids test can also indicate the level of antioxidants (good stuff) verses free radicals (bad stuff).
