If you want to get to the root cause of your digestive disorders, you are reading the right blog.

What is that sound I hear coming from my stomach during this meal? Is my food not digesting well? Will I have to rush to the bathroom? What can I do to correct my digestive disorder once and for good? This is getting embarrassing, and rather annoying.

Hi, I am Alane, and I understand your pain. I have been there and mastered digestive disorders in myself and hundreds of clients, and I can help you too! I feel like I was born with irritable bowel syndrome and constant digestion issues, and they kept messing up my life up until my early 30s. When I went out with friends or on a date, I was afraid to eat. When I was at a party, I would starve myself until I got home. If I messed up and ate something I “thought” was ok, I had to get home quick and would be sick for hours and pretty burned out the following few days.

How did I fix my digestive disorders? I ran two incredible tests on myself to get to the root cause of the symptoms. Then I made a few dietary and supplemental adjustments. The digestive disorders I thought I had to live with for life went away. YAY!

Why does it seem that you are the only one at the table that has digestive issues? It is not fair that you cannot eat whatever you want without worry. Are you embarrassed to eat at a business luncheon or dinner? Are you concerned that other people around you will figure out you have digestive disorders?

Some causes of digestive symptoms disorders:
food intolerance (s)
dysbiosis or harmful bacteria in the gut
parasite infection
lack of digestive enzymes
low fiber
low short-chain fatty acids
leaky gut
low beneficial bacteria in the gut
inflammation caused by an infection
chronic stress
certain types of foods unable to be broken down (protein, carbs, vegetable fibers, fats)

Whatever the cause, there is always a solution! For example, suppose the cause of your digestive disorders is that protein is not breaking down ok. In that case, the answer is a digestive enzyme with protease in it. Suppose the cause is that fat (like olive oil, avocado, etc.) is not breaking down easily. In that case, the solution may be a digestive enzyme with lipase when you choose to eat fat. If the cause is a food intolerance, just remove the food from the daily diet.

If you are suffering from digestive symptoms disorders, let’s figure out the cause, and I will show you how to correct it.

Here are 2 test kits you may want to consider
