For some people the mention of going vegan is enough to make their mouths drop wide- open and their eyes pop out! Trust me; I am not trying to convert you into a vegan. Being vegan is a personal matter, and I for one, understand that many folks who choose to not eat meat cringe at the thought of “the food on the plate had a face“- I get it, I truly do. I am not a vegan, however, have been vegetarian several times. I do enjoy meat and eating fresh produce too!
