Minerals essentially act as an ignition to processes within the body. Without minerals, life would not exist. A hair analysis measures the levels of minerals within the body, and gives you a map of your mineral history as well. When your minerals are out of balance, they can have all sorts of effects on the body – the most recognizable being brain fog and low energy or hyperactive energy levels. A hair analysis can reveal: mineral imbalances, heavy metal toxicity, metabolic rate, adrenal function, thyroid function, and more! There are many reasons why minerals could be out of balance. Stress is a major factor, as this can burn through minerals at a higher rate. Infections and sicknesses can also add to stress on the body. Unsafe tap water and toxic food supplies can add heavy metals to the body. Unhealthy lifestyles such as lack of sleep or exercise, or too much of these, can also lead to mineral imbalances. Balancing out minerals can be as simple as supplementation or detox, as necessary. A hair follicle test shows your current mineral levels as well as prior mineral levels – almost like a timeline of health history. People with mineral imbalances will generally feel off, imbalanced, foggy, etc. Get back in balance with a hair analysis test, and head to a healthier you.
