Do you feel better and you can breath better when you are not at home? Do you wake up congested, but when you go to work or outside you feel better and then once back home again here comes your stuffy nose? Or, do you feel perfectly fine in your home but when you go outdoors your nose is stuffy and even your ears feel stuffy? Do you feel fine at your home but when you go to a particular friend or family members house you cannot breath? Just know this is totally normal for people that have some kind of environmental reaction or allergy!
My youngest son would be feeling perfectly fine during the week and then he would go to a family members house over the weekend, come home Sunday night and he was all stuffed up and telling me he cannot go to school on Monday. This happened over and over with him visiting the same person. We did one of my home allergy test kits on him and learned he is very allergic to dust and dander from dog and cat. The home he was going to had both dogs with fur that shed and cats. The family member wanted him to continue visiting so they chose to have a good friend take their pets and over time they got a hypoallergenic dog instead. Hypoallergenic dogs have hair not fur and reduce the chance of an allergic reaction.
Dust was another factor on my son’s test results. There is dust everywhere and it never seems to stop building up. I started dusting more and making sure his toys and stuffed animals were not becoming magnets for dust.
I have clients that tell me they are fine in their own and even with their pets but once they go outside to sit, walk, hike, boat, etc, etc they are all stuffed up. These people are allergic to things outdoors like trees, grasses and pollen.
The key is to find out what is causing your symptoms with a home allergy test kit, reduce encounters with it and email me and I will be happy to guide you to a good natural allergy support product.
