The word “Bacteria” may sound kind of gross, I know. But did you know that your body actually needs bacteria? Well, your body needs to be balanced with the good bacteria to properly function! Think of your GI tract as a happy place where all the good bacteria are having a party, they are all so happy and healthy! But then the bad, mean bacteria show up and start disrupting a good time and even tries to wipe out good health. Now, all the bacteria is upset and YOU can feel it. And by “feeling” it, I mean you may have symptoms like nausea, vomiting, increased gas, cramping or severe abdominal pain, bloody or increased diarrhea, bloating and fever. The healthy and fun party is over until your gut environment improves.
The good news is that you can find out what’s going on in the inside your gut by examining what is in your stool via our stool test kits. If you are experiencing any of the symptoms I mentioned there could be something more serious going on like parasites, poor nutrient absorption and bad bacteria. That’s why it’s so important to have your stool tested! You will be able to find out if you have a good balance of bacteria or not. Our test kits are easy and you can do them in the privacy of your own home. It is vital to have good bacteria like Beneficial flora, this particular bacteria will assist in having a healthy and balanced GI tract and help you be healthier too! Beneficial bacteria has heath protecting effects of your GI tract by promoting benefits that include fermenting fibers, producing vitamins, digesting proteins and carbohydrates. Clostridia are good bacteria too and are prevalent in healthy intestines – see there IS such a thing as good bacteria! If there is a lack of clostridia, it could be an indication of a bacterial infection. Your stool plus our test kits could be the key to identifying why you are having negative symptoms. Don’t let bad bacteria be your party pooper! Order your stool test kit today!
