It is fall and the time change has just begun but is that what’s keeping you from having a good’s night sleep? Or is it something else that is stopping you from catching up on all your Z’s? The first supplement most people think of when it comes to supporting sleep is melatonin. Melatonin is a hormone and not a vitamin or mineral. Your body produces it naturally through the pineal gland which is a small gland located in the brain.
