Spring is in the air, and I do not know which state YOU live in, but here in the Atlanta, GA area, the trees are showing off their beautiful spring colors! The weather is warming up a bit, and I am ready to open up the house windows and freshen things up a bit around the house- hence the term “spring cleaning.” Spring cleaning in my house means cleaning fans, baseboards, vents, etc. you know where all that dust collects; which equals dust mites! So, why does testing your home for toxins matter?
Toxin testing matters because toxins could be affecting the health of your entire household. Most homes have some degree of toxins that could be causing bothersome or harmful symptoms. Do you have any cute pets at home with fur? Our beloved furry pets have dust dander, not to mention the unthinkable hidden critters like the cucuracha (cockroach, sounds better in Spanish). There are other toxins in the home that can cause mild to severe reactions differing from person to person. Some symptoms can seem like a cold that does not go away but instead is actually an allergic reaction from something in the home like mold, mites, chemicals, tree or grass pollen (from opened windows), and even a glass of wine could be the culprit. If anyone in your home is experiencing these symptoms it could be a sign of toxins in the home:
Fatigue, breathing difficulties, skin disorders, pain, headaches, brain fog, mood swings, sinus issues
Weakened immune system, sinus issues and asthma
SULFATES & HOUSEHOLD CHEMICALS
Trigger immune response, headaches, itchy eyes, feeling sick and tired
You do not have to suffer from toxins in your home, nor do you have to suffer being outside of the home from environmental allergies that you can not control. There is a way to have a sense of well-being even if you do have allergies. The first step is to get tested. Find out which toxins or allergies are affecting your health by performing our Inhalant Allergy Test. With our Allergy test, we do not just leave you hanging with test results, we will also give you a protocol, so you can…well live your best even with allergies. For example, if our test reveals that you are positive for mold (which is not always visible), you will now know what step to take next. We make testing so easy as 1-2-3!
Let this spring be a breath of fresh air, whether indoors or outside!
