If you struggle to find a way to sneak healthy foods loaded with vitamins and minerals into your diet, try these strategies: “Incorporation” This focuses on foods you may not be crazy about but you can tolerate in smaller amounts.
Try adding green foods, for example that you may not like to a soup or a salad? Create a masterpiece with your salad by adding your favorite things, whether fruit, eggs, cheese, or nuts; throw it all in and add in 1-2 items you may not like too much. You can also try a smoothie and add fruits and vegetables that you may not like, but it does not matter in a smoothie. If you are a chocolate lover like I am, try making a smoothie with greens, berries, and a scoop of cacao to make the drink “chocolate.” And who knows, these healthy foods you don’t enjoy eating may end up being some of your favorites after a while.
