Personalized weight loss program By Alane Stieglitz,  ND, CNC

Here at Nutritionally Yours, our weight loss plan is personalized to you. It is not the same program for everyone. We understand every individual has different metabolic needs and weight loss goals. Plus, there can be several issues preventing weight loss, and we need to figure it out for each person so they have success.

A personalized weight loss plan is essential for weight loss success. We know there are a million and one weight loss plans out there, and many do not work for everyone. It may not be that every program isn’t practical, but it may just be that you have different metabolic needs that mainstream diet fads can’t meet.

A good, personalized weight loss plan starts with discussing your needs with a trained professional. Nutritionally Yours has a holistic nutritionist / naturopath with over thirty years of experience.

After getting to know you and your goals, we run comprehensive metabolic bloodwork to learn why you are having trouble with weight loss. This test includes insulin, b12, folate, lipids, liver enzymes, leptin, complete thyroid, and inflammatory markers that show why you have trouble with weight loss. And the most important thing is figuring out the best route to get the weight off and keep it off for you.

Another test we like to run in our weight loss plan is saliva hormones and cortisol. The test results help us get you into hormone balance and detox out any excess hormones preventing weight loss success.

We also make virtual health appointments via ZOOM, facetime, or phone to help you find a personalized weight loss plan right for you!

Our nutrition counselor is skilled at helping people lose weight, whether it’s 50 lbs or that last little bit of belly weight that you can’t seem to lose! It’s easy and affordable! Don’t continue down the frustrating road of trying diet after diet only to be let down again! We have answers and care about your story!
