Did you know that many of the metals and minerals that are needed to support good health can be toxic at high levels? Metals and minerals in the body are necessary for health. But they need to remain in balance with each other.
Minerals affect various parts of the body – ranging from digestive functions to neurological and nervous system functions. It has been observed that a balance in minerals is needed in order for certain functions to perform at an optimum level.
Metals on the other hand require less of a balance with other metals. Instead, metals require that they do not exceed the appropriate ranges. When a metal in the body reaches too high of a level, it is considered toxic and can have drastic effects on the body. Symptoms of toxic elevations of metals can include poor focus, anxiety, nervous system distress, twitches, tics, brain fog and more.
A few years ago we had a client order the test kit for a hair analysis. Once he received the test kit, he followed the directions for the hair analysis. Once we got his results back from the lab, we were stunned at what the results showed! He had a rather high concentration of Uranium! Turns out he lives in an area where Uranium is naturally present in sub-surface rock. Since his home used well water, we sensed that this could be the source of the Uranium. We recommended natural remedies to help rid his body of the Uranium and we recommended having his water tested and possibly needed to add filtration to his well water. After he followed our recommendations, his health improved, as well as the health of his entire family that lived with him in that home! All this by one person ordering a test kit and performing a hair analysis!
A hair analysis is the best way to test for metal toxicity within the body. Hair is the second most metabolically active tissue in the body, and you can see more metals in the hair than you would from blood testing.
