Alane has been in the field of natural wellness since 1993 and is the proud owner of Nutritionally Yours which is located in Atlanta, Ga.
Nutritionally Yours offers in person and virtual wellness appts Monday – Friday 9-4 EST.
She earned certification degrees in Nutritional Counseling and Doctor of Naturopathy from Trinity School of Holistic Health in Warsaw, Indiana. Trinity is the only school that focuses on God.
Alane offers one-to-one wellness appointments and online testing to help people all over the USA obtain the answers they need to health struggles.
Alane and her team created this website because we understand that people all over the USA want to get answers to health challenges. They want to run testing on themselves that is holistic so they know what to do to see health improvements.
Alane has battled Lyme disease and all its symptoms, challenges, and hardships since 1983. She is intolerant to gluten grains and dairy. She truly understands the challenge of living with an illness and the need to take supplements regularly and only eat foods your body can handle.
Alane’s health drastically improved after she implemented all-natural health remedies into her life, and she continues to do so.
Alane lives in Atlanta, GA., with her wonderful husband Todd, and a Wheaton Terrier named Gigi.

Russell Shein: Russell is our Practice Manager. He has a heart for helping people. He answers most of the phone calls, books the virtual health appointment. He is Alane’s oldest son and she is very proud to be working alongside of him.
MEDICAL DIRECTOR: Nutritionally Yours has a medical director (MD) on staff. There are also several MDs in the Atlanta, Ga area that support Alane and her work.
