HAIR ANALYSIS INSTRUCTIONS
If you ordered a hair analysis and are in the United States, we are mailing a kit to you with full directions. You will mail 1 TBS of hair to our lab for processing. If you ordered the BASIC hair test, results will be emailed to you within 2 weeks. If you ordered the COMPLETE, the results will be mailed to you within 3 weeks.
HORMONE SALIVA, CORTISOL, OR THYROID BLOOD SPOT TEST KIT INSTRUCTIONS
If you ordered a hormone saliva, cortisol, or thyroid blood spot test kit. It is being mailed to you right away with full directions. For the hormone saliva test, females that have a menstrual cycle, it is best to collect on or near day 19 of your cycle. If you only ordered the cortisol test it can be collected on any day. Just make sure to avoid caffeine, including chocolate the day of the test. Once our lab receives your sample the testing begins. Results can take 2-3 weeks and the test results will be emailed to you.
URINE TEST KIT INSTRUCTIONS
If you ordered a urine test kit it will be mailed to you right away. Directions are in the kit. Once your sample is mailed to the lab, testing begins. Results can take 3-4 weeks and will be emailed to you.
STOOL TEST KIT INSTRUCTIONS
If you ordered a stool test kit it is being mailed to you right away. Please come off any probiotics, enzymes, fibers, glutamine, DGL, etc 7-14 days prior. If you are unable to come off them for that long, at least try to be off them 3 days prior. Once the sample(s) reach the lab the testing begins. Results are emailed to you within 3-4 weeks.
BLOOD DRAW TEST INSTRUCTIONS
If you ordered a blood draw test, we will email you the name of a facility near you to draw the blood. This may be Labcorp or a private facility. This was a self pay order so please do not give them your insurance card. We work hard to find you a facility within 5-60 minutes of your address. Most places have their own fee for a blood draw. This is separate from any order you placed with us. It is to be paid to the lab directly for their services to you. Test results time may vary depending on the complexity of the lab you ordered. Comprehensive blood tests usually take 2 weeks. Lyme and viral panels can take up to 4 weeks. Results will be emailed to you.
