Why Do Micronutrient Testing?
When clients ask about their vitamin levels at my wellness clinic, I tell them about micronutrient testing and why it is the only one to do.
Micronutrient testing measures the function of 35 nutritional components, including vitamins, antioxidants, minerals, and amino acids, within our white blood cells. Scientific evidence shows us that analyzing the white blood cells through micronutrient testing gives us the most accurate analysis of a body’s vitamin and mineral deficiencies.
Cellular deficiency does not have to be a normal consequence of aging. Your state of health begins with a single cell. Since your body is made up of approximately 73 trillion cells, the cumulative effect of cellular deficiencies significantly affects your health and well-being. Failure to address cellular deficiencies can lead to symptoms and chronic illness.
Micronutrient testing analyzes your nutrient levels with the most detail possible for their functionality. Other methods only look at the static levels of vitamins and nutrients levels. Static does not provide enough detailed information.

Micronutrient intracellular testing provides a precise assessment of vitamin levels within cells. In contrast, static testing will not capture cellular deficiencies accurately, limiting its effectiveness.
Is Micronutrient Testing Worth it?
Pinpointing your specific vitamin, mineral, and antioxidant deficiencies helps show you why you may currently have particular symptoms and how to prevent others in the future.
Micronutrient testing is worth it, so you do not take vitamins you do not need or miss a deficiency and suffer the symptoms.
If one nutrient, like vitamin b12 or folic acid, is low, there may be adverse symptoms like fatigue, nerve pain, or brain fog. If nutrients like chromium or vanadium are low, you may have a blood sugar imbalance.
The first time I ran micronutrient testing on myself, I was surprised at how low my antioxidants were. Not only did the test show me exactly which ones to take, but it also showed me how much to purchase. As I supported my body with suitable antioxidants, I noticed I was not getting as sick as usual during cold and flu season.
What is the Most Accurate Micronutrient Test?

Micronutrient testing is well worth it. It ensures that you only take the vitamins your body needs. It also helps you determine which nutrients you are deficient in so you can avoid certain health challenges.
Micronutrient testing differs from static blood testing for vitamin levels, which is done in traditional labs. Micronutrient testing looks inside your white blood cells for the functionality of your vitamin and mineral levels.
Our micronutrient test evaluates how 31 different vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and antioxidants work within your cells.
But it goes even further—Our micronutrient testing will tell how well your cells can withstand oxidative stress, how well they are metabolizing carbohydrates, and how adeptly they function when launching an immune response.
This information allows you to assemble a targeted vitamin regimen based on the results. Test results come with a personalized protocol from me, not just a lab analysis. I want you to understand your results and know what to do.
How Do I Check My Micronutrient Levels?
Many people order our comprehensive vitamin test every month. You can easily check your micronutrient levels in the blood. Once an order is placed, we mail you a test kit right away. Your order form will be emailed to you. Results are emailed (or they can be mailed) to you in about four weeks with a personalized protocol.
