After winter comes spring- the days are longer, and you need all the energy you can get to keep up and shed some winter fat. Here are three fat burning energy-boosting exercises that you CAN do!
Intense interval training is quick and an efficient way to sweat and burn calories in as little as 25 minutes. Within these 25 minutes, you should be able to get a warm up, high intense interval training, and a cool-down. Most people can probably do this type of exercise quicker than they can get to the gym! However, you can certainly do intense interval training at the gym too.
Pilates looks like it is just super easy stretching, but anyone who has tried it knows that it is not for wimps! However, the good news is that you can start at your own level and look like a champion in no time! Pilates will not only burn fat long after you have worked out, but it will also give your body definition and tone.
Walking off belly fat is something that almost anyone can do outside or indoors on a treadmill. Springtime is a splendid time to take advantage of walking outside. You can start off at a comfortable level and then gradually move up in intensity. If you are in a hilly area, benefit from those hills to incorporate inclines (which will also help tone), and you can also make walking more efficient by intensifying your pace in intervals. Walking for only two and a half hours a week can burn a whole inch off your waist in as little as four weeks!
